Effective Date: 20 October 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to our Online Certificate Program. These Terms & Conditions govern the registration process, online examination, certificate eligibility, certificate issuance, and use of certificates provided through our website.
By registering for the program, completing the payment, or attempting the examination, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before purchasing the certification program.
2. Program Overview
Our Online Certificate Program is designed to assess candidates’ knowledge of a specific subject through an objective-type online examination.
The program details are as follows:
- Program Fee: ₹199 (Indian Rupees)
- Examination Format: Online objective-type test
- Passing Criteria: Minimum 60%
- Exam Attempts: One attempt per paid registration
- Certificate Access: Available for download after successfully passing the examination
- Certificate Validity: Lifetime, with no fixed expiry date
- Certificate Verification: No public online verification facility is currently provided
The certificate acknowledges successful completion of the specified assessment. It does not represent a university degree, government qualification, or officially accredited credential unless such recognition has been independently granted.
3. Registration and Payment
- Candidates must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- The program fee is ₹199 unless another price is explicitly displayed on the relevant program page.
- Candidates must complete the payment process successfully before accessing the examination.
- Examination access will be provided after successful payment verification.
- Candidates are responsible for checking their registration details before starting the examination.
- A successful payment does not guarantee that a candidate will pass the examination or receive a certificate.
4. Examination Format and Rules
- The examination consists of objective-type questions related to the relevant subject.
- Candidates must complete and submit the examination according to the instructions displayed on the website.
- Candidates should ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device before beginning the test.
- Candidates must not engage in impersonation, cheating, unauthorized assistance, or any attempt to manipulate examination results.
- Candidates must not exploit technical vulnerabilities or interfere with the website or examination system.
- If a technical issue occurs during the examination, candidates should contact our support team with relevant details for review.
Any additional instructions, including the number of questions, examination duration, and scoring method, will be displayed on the relevant examination page where applicable.
5. Passing Criteria
To qualify for the certificate, candidates must achieve a minimum score of 60% in the online objective-type examination.
For example, if the examination contains 50 equally weighted questions, candidates must answer at least 30 questions correctly to pass.
The actual passing calculation will depend on the total marks and scoring method specified for the examination.
Only candidates who achieve the required passing score and satisfy the certificate eligibility requirements will qualify for certificate issuance.
6. Examination Attempts
Each paid registration includes one examination attempt only.
- Candidates should review the examination instructions before starting the test.
- Once an examination attempt begins, it will be treated as the candidate’s attempt according to the website’s examination rules.
- Candidates who fail to achieve the required passing score will not qualify for a certificate under that registration.
- Candidates who do not pass and wish to attempt the examination again must complete a new registration and pay the applicable fee, if the program is available for another attempt.
- Failure to attempt or complete the examination does not automatically entitle the candidate to a refund.
If a verified technical failure on our website prevents a candidate from completing the examination, we will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
7. Certificate Eligibility
Candidates will be eligible to receive a certificate only if they meet all the following conditions:
- The candidate has successfully registered for the program.
- The ₹199 examination fee has been successfully paid and verified.
- The candidate has completed and submitted the examination.
- The candidate has achieved the minimum passing score of 60%.
- The candidate has provided accurate information required for certificate generation.
- The candidate has complied with the examination rules and has not obtained the result through fraudulent means.
Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for certificate issuance.
8. Certificate Generation and Download
- Candidates who successfully pass the examination can download their certificate from the designated section of our website.
- Certificate access will be made available after the examination result confirms that the candidate has passed.
- Candidates are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted for certificate generation is accurate.
- Candidates should review the certificate details, including their name and program title, wherever a preview or correction facility is available.
- Candidates should download and save a copy of their certificate for their records.
- If a qualified candidate experiences a technical issue while downloading the certificate, they may contact our support team for assistance.
Certificate availability may be temporarily affected by website maintenance or technical interruptions.
9. Certificate Validity
Certificates issued under this program have lifetime validity, with no fixed expiry date, provided that the certificate has been legitimately earned and has not been invalidated for fraud or another lawful reason.
Lifetime validity means that the certificate does not expire after a specified number of months or years. It does not guarantee that employers, educational institutions, professional bodies, or other third parties will accept or recognize the certificate.
Candidates are responsible for accurately representing the certificate and its purpose when using it for educational or professional purposes.
10. Certificate Verification
At present, we do not provide a public online certificate verification facility.
Candidates may download their certificate as a digital document and retain it for their personal records.
The absence of a public verification facility means that employers or other third parties may not be able to verify certificate details directly through our website.
Candidates must not claim that the certificate is independently verified, government-approved, or officially accredited unless such status has actually been granted.
We may review certificate-related concerns through our support channel where appropriate, but this does not constitute a public verification service.
11. Certificate Usage and Restrictions
Certificates issued through this program are intended to acknowledge successful completion of the relevant online assessment.
Candidates must not:
- Alter, forge, or fraudulently modify a certificate.
- Misrepresent the certificate as a government-issued qualification, university degree, or accredited credential.
- Make false claims about professional qualifications, experience, employment eligibility, or accreditation based on the certificate.
- Transfer, sell, or allow another person to use a certificate issued in their name.
- Use our branding, examination materials, or certificate templates for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
Any permitted use of the certificate must accurately reflect the program completed and the assessment passed.
12. Fraud, Misconduct, and Invalid Certificates
We reserve the right to investigate suspected impersonation, fraudulent registration, cheating, altered certificates, or other material violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Where a certificate has been obtained through fraud or serious misconduct, we may take appropriate action, including invalidating the certificate after review and subject to applicable law.
Candidates may be asked to provide relevant information to resolve a legitimate concern.
13. Refund Policy
Payments and refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy available on our website.
The examination fee is generally non-refundable once examination access has been provided, subject to the exceptions described in the Refund Policy and any rights available under applicable law.
Candidates should review the Refund Policy before completing their purchase.
14. Intellectual Property
All website content, examination questions, logos, branding, program materials, and certificate templates are owned by us or used with appropriate authorization.
Candidates may retain and use their own legitimately issued certificates for personal, educational, and professional purposes.
Copying, distributing, selling, or commercially exploiting examination content, website materials, or certificate templates without authorization is prohibited.
15. Website Availability and Technical Issues
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and examination services available. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, connectivity issues, payment gateway failures, server problems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If a verified technical issue prevents a candidate from accessing a paid service, we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.
16. No Guarantee of Employment or Professional Recognition
The certificate confirms that the candidate has met the passing requirements of the specified online assessment.
It does not guarantee employment, salary increases, admission to an educational institution, professional licensing, or any specific career outcome.
Recognition of the certificate by employers, institutions, or other organizations remains at their discretion.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, examination process, or applicable requirements.
