Welcome to our Certificate Program. We offer an online certification program that allows candidates to take an objective-type examination and earn a certificate upon successfully passing the test.
The registration and examination fee for this program is ₹199 (Indian Rupees). After successfully completing and passing the examination, eligible candidates can download their certificates from our website.

2. Non-Refundable Fee
The ₹199 registration and examination fee is generally non-refundable, as it covers access to the online certification examination and related digital services.
Once the payment has been successfully completed and access to the examination has been provided, the fee will not be refunded merely because:
- The candidate does not pass the examination.
- The candidate changes their mind after registration.
- The candidate does not attempt or complete the examination.
- The candidate is dissatisfied with their examination score.
- The candidate does not download the certificate after successfully passing the examination.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If the same candidate is charged more than once for the same certification program, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.
- Payment Deducted but Registration Failed: If the amount is deducted from the candidate’s account but the registration is not successfully created, we will verify the transaction and arrange a refund if the payment was received by us.
- Technical Issues: If a verified technical issue on our website prevents the candidate from accessing the examination and we are unable to resolve the issue or provide an alternative attempt, a refund may be considered.
- Service Not Provided: If we are unable to provide the paid certification examination due to an issue on our end, the candidate may be eligible for a refund.
All refund requests will be reviewed individually, and supporting payment details may be required.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following details:
- Candidate’s full name
- Registered email address or mobile number
- Payment transaction ID or reference number
- Date of payment
- Reason for requesting a refund
Our team will review the request and communicate the decision to the candidate.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the candidate’s account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or payment method used.
6. Certificate Issuance and Downloads
Certificates are made available for download only after the candidate successfully passes the objective-type examination, subject to the program’s eligibility requirements.
Once the certificate has been generated or made available for download, the fee is generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or an eligible exception under this policy applies.
